Shipping policy

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing of orders Monday to Thursday. 

Please note: We only ship Monday to Wednesday. Any orders received over a Thursday, Friday or weekend are only processed on the next Monday.

Packages can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

Cookies By Shar, Inc. is not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered but not received. Once cookies are shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to track package with given tracking number. 

Cookies By Shar, Inc. is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen once it has shipped from our premises.  

Cookies By Shar, Inc. is not responsible for packages that are returned due to an incorrect address given.

Cookies By Shar, Inc. is not responsible in the event that delivery is delayed due to weather, holidays, or high volume shipping delays etc. 

Cookies By Shar, Inc. does not ship out replacement packages due to delayed delivery or lost/stolen packages.
