Cookies By Shar does not offer any returns. Since our products are perishable returns are not accepted. All sales are final.
Cancellation Policy:
We do not offer refunds for custom cookie order cancellations. Only in Store Credit will be given. The credit amount will depend on when the order has been cancelled prior to your pickup date. When you book an order, we decline other orders so please keep this in mind before completing your payment.
